Blueberry Superfoods Smoothie

  • 2 Tbsp Mama Nature Superfoods Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup ripe blueberries – fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1-1/2 cup milk

Layer ingredients in blender: Blueberries, yogurt, crushed ice & Mama Nature Superfoods Chia Seeds. Add desired amount of milk to cover ingredients in blender. Blend and enjoy immediately or pour into freezer safe mug or molds to enjoy at a later time.
